duncan This is your third post asking the same questions, you have been told over and over how to find the answers, IS there a problem with you looking on your own? Something you don't understand how to do on this board?

If you look above your original message, on the right-hand side of the screen, you will see various options listed. One of these is "Search". Rather than repeat answers to questions that have already been asked, spend a few minutes using the "Search" facility, or alternatively, look through some of the previous items in this forum (look at topics from the "last year" instead of the last 60 days, or however your options are set). Others have asked this question, or something similar, and after a short while, you should find the information you are after.
